All items are packed with care and shipped promptly. Shipping starts at $6 for within Australia for most items. During the checkout process, shipping is calculated by weight and displayed before payment is made,- so you know the exact shipping cost before completing your order.
Postage normally takes 3 to 5 days for within Australia and 7 to 14 days for overseas orders (items are posted airmail).
Please ask any questions before buying and select your items carefully as refunds are not generally given for "change of mind" or if description not read properly. Photos are of similar items as this is a wholesale website,- please see our retail website if you require items with the actual picture of the item shown. Refunds will be given for incorrect items sent, or item not as described. Please contact your post office straight away for any damages or loss in transit,- we will assist with the paperwork. Any other refunds or exchanges (ie change of mind etc) are up to our descetion and if allowed, will incur a 20% restocking fee once items are safely returned (shipping not refunded). Please contact us first before returning items. Returns up to 14 days only.
